Grow & Glow Collective (GGC) is a North Carolina-based nonprofit that empowers young girls to embrace their potential, develop leadership skills, and tackle life’s challenges with confidence. By providing holistic programs, we are shaping a brighter future for girls aged 8-18.

Girls deal with cramps, drama, body changes, mood swings, pressure to be perfect, and like… life. From first periods to fake friends, we know it can get overwhelming.
At GGC, we talk about the stuff no one else does, the awkward, the emotional, and the just plain hard. No filters. No shame. Just real support and real talk.

No One Taught Us This Stuff
Most girls start their period with little to no real info. School skips the details, and nobody talks about what’s actually normal.
Mental Health Is No Joke
Girls are stressed, overwhelmed, and not feeling heard. Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death for ages 10–18. We’re here to talk, support, and change that.

Teen pregnancy rates here are higher than the national average. Girls deserve real info, support, and zero shame. Period.

We’re talkin’ real talk about periods, mental health, confidence, and big dreams, plus fun events, new besties, and major main character energy. If she’s ready to glow, grow, and run the world, this is where it starts!
The journey doesn’t stop after summer! At GGC, we’re committed to guiding girls ages 8–14 through every season of growth with empowering, age-appropriate experiences that build confidence, self-love, and sisterhood.

Each experience is designed to help your daughter shine in her own way while feeling safe, seen, and supported.

In NC, 1 in 10 births is to a teen mom and 65% of them don’t finish high school.
The glow-up gets harder when support is missing. We’re here to change that.
Suicide is the #2 cause of death for teens. In NC, 14% think about it and mental health visits are up 41%.
You’re not alone, and your mind matters.
Only 20% of schools teach periods (ugh). GGC’s changing that , reaching 500 girls a year and growing to 10 counties by 2026. Let’s gooo!
